Founded in 1966, in Goldens Bridge, NY, to provide low cost steps and rails to the new housing and retrofit markets, the company rapidly grew and expanded its product line to include concrete septic tanks, plastic septic tanks, catch basins, basement entrances, landscape blocks, wastewater treatment systems, rainwater harvesting systems, as well as custom ornamental and structural steel products. The company also provides full welding and fabricating services, crane services and design.
Growth necessitated a move to a larger and more modern facility. Goldens Bridge Unit Step Company built and moved to its present plant in 1982. The location is ideally located adjacent to Interstate 84 with ample space for future growth and expansion.
